Usage

link_spicey_nearest(retsi_annotated_nearest, getsi)

Arguments

retsi_annotated_nearest

GRanges with RETSI scores and nearest genes.

getsi

GRanges with GETSI scores by gene and cell type.

Value

Annotated GRanges with RETSI and matched GETSI scores.
